Customer Fractures Knee in Sears Bathroom
A Sears customer walked into the bathroom and slipped on a wet floor. The customer fractured a knee and required surgery with hardware to repair the damage. The hardware was later removed and the customer made a good recovery.
Sears disputed liability and maintained that the floor was not wet when then customer entered the facility. After some negotiation, our client recovered $375,000 for the injuries sustained on the premises. Contact our office to speak with a skilled Los Angeles slip and fall attorney.
