Biker Suffers TBI After Getting Struck by Car
FACTS:
An automobile attempting to clear a 6-lane road struck a motorcyclist who was travelling straight with the right of way. The motorcyclist suffered a mild traumatic brain injury for which he saw top doctors. Cat scans revealed little to no damage and he did not miss any work. However, testimony showed that after the accident, he had a much harder time doing his job as an IT professional for a major law firm because his concentration, thinking, and focus suffered.
We were able to establish a major impairment in the motorcyclist’s life and secure a $2 million settlement.
